Refunds

If Shottie isn't for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

Email support@shottie.app from the address you bought with, or include it in your message. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.

Once a purchase is refunded, its license key can't activate Shottie on a new Mac.
