These terms cover buying and using Shottie, the Mac app sold at shottie.app. By buying or using it, you agree to them.
Your license
One purchase gives you a personal license to use Shottie on up to two Macs, for personal or commercial work. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating one first. The price includes every update to Shottie 1; a future Shottie 2, if there is one, may be a paid upgrade.
You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
What you capture is yours
Screenshots, recordings and exports you make with Shottie belong to you, and they stay on your Mac. You're responsible for having the right to capture and share what's on your screen.
No warranty
Shottie is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Shottie is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Shottie after a change means you accept it.
